Shipment processing time
The majority of our orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days unless specified.
ALL TABLE FRAMES ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN 10-12 WORKING DAYS.
Orders can take up to 15 working days before dispatch which include all custom work and our table tops and benches as these are all made to order.
We do not have any collections at weekends and delivery days are Monday to Friday.
Please note: Any orders taken after 13:00 will not be consider within one of the working days of dispatch.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free standard shipping for orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses. Shipping costs and times to offshore UK and Scottish Highlands will vary. Shipping should be calculated at checkout for all orders but if not someone will be in touch to give the true calculation fo this shipping and how best to make payment of the additional shipping fees.
Deliveries will be made weekdays between 9am - 6pm. It is not possible to specify a time of delivery.
We use a variety of couriers to delivery our products depending on size and weight which vary from DHL, FedEx, Yodel and Evri.
- Mainland UK - Next Day + Delivery
- Scottish Highlands - 2-3 days
- Northern Ireland - 3 days
