Returns Policy

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your goods, however if this is not the case and you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange provided that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery and that you have not breached your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. 

We will refund all monies paid by you for the goods in question (excluding the original delivery charge where applicable). This will be paid back to you in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days of your order being accepted, provided that the goods are returned and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for the return and you are liable for all costs in connection with the return. If you require FeeTT to collect the goods you will incur a collection charge that will need to be paid in full prior to any collection or this will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Do include your original invoice for this return if to hand or enough information including you WEB NUMBER for us to easily bring up your order for processing.

Custom made orders

Items that are ordered to your specification, for example made to your requirements, design or measurements, cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is accepted. In this case, after you have placed the order you will have entered into a binding contract to buy the item, and because the item is being made to your specification you will not be able to cancel that contract. Once the goods have been delivered you can only return them if they are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.

Returns Policy - damaged or faulty goods

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your goods and we make every effort to ensure all our goods are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied because they are faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you. 

We request that you notify us in writing, by telephone or by email to explain your concerns and arrange a suitable return date. We will then confirm the return by email. On receipt of the returned item and verification of your concerns, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item at your instruction.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging and send it to us via email at info@feett.co.uk along with you WEB NUMBER to arrange a replacement.
